This is a first edition and first printing of volume 7 of Osamu Tezuka's long-running manga series, "Astro Boy." It was published by Kobunsha in 1959. This book is not a rental book, which is common with old books of the time, but is a non-rent book that was kept in a private collection, and there are no rental stamps or traces of thread binding. Also, an original cover jacket is included, which is very rare for a manga of this era. Acrylic stand is not included.

Condition
The original cover has two tears that have been repaired with tape. A transparent protective cover has been placed over the original cover. The transparent cover is attached to the original cover with tape in six places. The protective cover can be removed by peeling off the tape.
