This is a vintage Brilhart inverted ligture for alto saxophone mouthpieces. Made to fit regular (too big for Streamline model) Brilhart Ebolin, Tonalin, Personaline and Hard Rubber alto mouthpieces; will fit a number of other alto sax mouthpieces as well. It is in excellent overall physical/working condition. Stains on the inside underneath the tightening screws are not cracks or repairs.
