This one is pretty much unmarked but for the "58%" in large letters.

58% of what? well I tested it with 1064nm and 808nm as it looked coated for such wavelengths. I also bounced some 532nm off it. 

By eye it looks like it reflects about 58% of 1064nm, a little brighter reflection than transmission. 

I get around >95%T @ 808nm 0-45 deg. 

The 532nm does not split well and gets a secondary reflected ghost beam. It looks like it is around 58% T which is odd.
