Known as "Gold Imari," this piece was produced by the Yazaemon kiln, established in 1804 during the Bunka era by the first Matsumoto Yazaemon in Hizen Arita. Over 200 years, the kiln has evolved its shape while contributing to Arita's development, primarily creating export-quality ceramics for overseas markets. During the early Showa period, the "Gold Imari" was highly popular in Southeast Asia, North America, and Europe, earning a reputation as a fine art piece both domestically and internationally.
The plate measures approximately 45 cm in diameter and 6 cm in height. It features a beautiful design with vibrant blue, red, and white colors, adorned with floral and bird motifs, highlighted by dazzling gold accents. The back has a wall-hanging hole, making it suitable for display.
