The Fender Made in Japan Hybrid II 2026 Collection Telecaster blends classic Telecaster aesthetics with modern playability features, crafted at Fender's factory in Japan.
The alder body features a Satin Metallic finish in Matte Champagne Mirage—part of the 2026 limited production collection inspired by contemporary products such as automobiles and consumer electronics. The finish softly reflects light while helping to resist fingerprints.
The maple neck features a comfortable Modern "C" profile with a satin urethane finish, paired with a rosewood fingerboard, a 9.5-inch radius, and 22 narrow tall frets for smooth playability across the entire neck.
Hybrid II Custom Voiced Single-Coil pickups deliver the classic Telecaster snap and twang with increased output compared to traditional vintage-style pickups. The 4-way blade switch adds a series wiring option, producing a thicker and more powerful tone in addition to the standard Telecaster pickup combinations.
Vintage-style locking tuners and a vintage-style 3-saddle bridge with slanted brass barrel saddles provide excellent tuning stability, while the black nickel hardware completes the instrument's distinctive appearance.
