Dash ashtray insert with 4-speed manual transmission shift pattern on the plastic face. Part number on it is 113857329C. 

I believe this part number is correct for '68-'77 Beetle models equipped with padded dashboard. That said, I am not 100% sure on that ID, so please confirm it with the photos.

The face is the plastic-covered version. It has some surface scratches and wear.

The receptacle piece is not here (this is only the ashtray insert), but the sprung metal plate on it is intact. There is some surface rust and corrosion throughout, particularly on the inside of the ashtray unit.
