Probably Captain Sir Joseph Copley, 3rd Baronet (1769-1838) of Sprotbrough Hall, Yorkshire.
An unusual invoice for a variety of things including -
Lime, wagons of various types of coal,canal dues, etc.
I believe Warmsworth Cliffs operated as a limestone quarry and lime kilns, and was possibly part of the Sprotbrough Estate.
