Decals: The two sheets, A & B, contain decals for three United States Air Force (USAF) North American F-86F Sabre aircraft, serving with the 25th Fighter Interceptor Squadron (FIS), 51st Fighter Interceptor Group (FIG), the 67th Fighter Bomber Squadron (FBS), 18th Fighter Bomber Wing (FBW) and the 335th FIS, 4th Fighter Interceptor Wing (FIW). Includes bureau numbers, Black codes for the fuselage and lower wing surfaces, nose art including two Red “NINA V” titles shadowed in Black, stylised “|DENNIS THE MENACE” titles below small early Denis Menace cartoons carrying a baseball bar and catapult and Red “Boomer” titles, 51st FIG aircraft markings in the form of narrow two part Red, Yellow and Blue stripes nose and Black checks under a horizontal Red tail band for the tail surfaces, 18th FBG Sabre aircraft markings in the form of Red, White and Blue diagonal stripes for the tail surfaces incorporating the bureau numbers, 67th FBS unit badges on White rectangular backgrounds for the fuselage and a two part Yellow band too divide the Red painted nose from the natural metal fuselage – see image below, 335th FIS “Indian headdress” unit badges on Black splashes for the nose, two sets Black stripes to border the fuselage and wing surface Yellow theatre ID bands, large USAF and small U.S. AIR FORCE titles, Red star victory markings, pilot names, data blocks, spare Dark Olive Green, Black, Red, Yellow and Blue decal blocks to effect any repairs required and two part Stars and Bars for the fuselage and wing surfaces. Sheet B includes a second set of large USAF titles, a second set of Black stripes to border the fuselage and wing surface Yellow theatre ID bands, small Black decals for the nose tips and a second set of two part Stars and Bars for the fuselage and wing surfaces.

There are sufficient decals to complete at least two F-86 Sabre aircraft from the sheet in full. All three F-86 Sabres are finished in the natural metal overall with the aircraft markings, described above, provided as decals on the sheet.

Also includes two single sided A4 colour placement guides showing side, upper and lower profiles.

Any new bids from 11 days after the first sheet won will be counted as a new invoice. UK - GBP2.09.  All overseas post is sent by International Standard Airmail as follows - Europe, including France, Germany and Eastern Europe - GBP5.24. The USA - GBP5.74 and the Rest of the World - GBP5.24. We can also provide combined shipping with decal sheets at 50p each for the UK, 60p per sheet for Europe and 70p per sheet for the Rest of the World including the United States and Australia. Customs charges may apply over which we have no control other than to try and mitigate them at the time of shipping.

 

Please allow 5-10 days for delivery of the item once it has been paid for. We obtain proof of postage for all items shipped and cannot be held accountable for non-receipt once posted.
