This item ships in an eBay standard envelope, which is similar to USPS First Class Mail but includes some basic tracking. eBay standard envelopes are usually scanned once, and only once, at their last post office before delivery.
Since eBay standard envelopes need to be machineable, I ship cards in a sleeve in between heavy index cards, no toploader.
I can combine shipping with other items. For 2 or more items listed as shipping with eBay standard envelope, I can ususally combine into one USPS Ground Advantage package, with full tracking, for no additional cost.
