The Pixel FX Retro G.E.M. is an advanced HDMI upgrade kit. If you've clicked on this, you probably already know what it is and what it can do. If you don't know, please consult the official product page on the PixelFX website, or look up a YouTube video.
 
This upgrade kit is for the PS2 Fat. Purchased it for my own PS2 but just never got around to it, so the kit is still new in its package. The kit contains the upgrades for both the Shiny Edition, as well as a spare flex cable in case of a mishap. I will include a mini-HDMI to HDMI cable if requested, at no further cost.
  
Due to the nature of this product and its install, no returns are accepted. Be advised that it is highly recommended to have soldering experience to install this kit. I will not install this for you. It's been a while since I've done any real soldering, and I am no longer comfortable enough with my work to offer it as a service; however, there are many reputable installers that would be more than happy to assist.

I would highly recommend this mod to anybody looking to get more out of their PlayStation 2 and bring it into the modern era. The upgrade makes the games look and sound incredible, and there's still so many great games that were never ported or remastered. 

Please ensure your motherboard is one of the models listed below (excerpt from PixelFX website). If you do not have a compatible PS2, you can find one on eBay relatively easily by looking up the model number.
