To do this:

Do not try to activate it on the website.

Call Straight Talk Customer Support directly.

Ask the representative to manually "rebrand" the phone's IMEI from Total Wireless to Straight Talk.

Once they flip the flag in their system, they can activate your plan right over the phone.

If you do not want to call customer support to rebrand the device, please only purchase this for use directly on Total Wireless.

Other Networks: This phone is NOT unlocked. It will not work on T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon postpaid, or any other non-TracFone brand.
