Follow the Snoreeze Snorgo instructions -

  1. Stand or sit up straight, face forward.
  2. Place the Snorgo in front of your teeth, but behind your lips.
  3. The indent should be at the top. Close your mouth. Your lips should be firmly closed.
  4. Gently pull forward on the handle, and pull away from your mouth.
  5. Keep your lips tight to stop the device from coming out.
  6. Pull harder but not hard enough to pull it out. It should be an effort to keep the device behind your lips.
  7. Hold this position for 10 seconds. Repeat this exercise 3 times with a few seconds between each one.
  8. Repeat this set 3 times a day - leave at least 1 hour between each set.

How To Use Place a single lozenge on the tongue and allow to dissolve (do not chew). Spray twice into each nostril before bed. Place a strip onto the bridge of the nose. Place dilator inside the nose and adjust. Snorgo is only used for a few minutes each day. Gently bite down on the mouthpiece and gently pull on the tab to slightly advance your lower jaw, which will help open up your airway and reduce snoring. Mould and fit to the shape of your teeth using boil-and-bite technology.
