This Stainless Steel E-Z Grip Roast Slicer by BURNCO belonged to my Mom who had it in storage for me for many years, so it is in well-preserved condition.
It was originally made in Japan (See pic #8).
It is a specialized kitchen knife designed for carving / slicing roasts.
It features a distinctive open wooden, riveted, ergonomic handle designed to give the User easier gripping and better leverage & balance for control while slicing through large cuts of meat (See pics #10 - #11).
The set includes the original branded cardboard storage box (See pic #4) with a red velvet-lined molded interior for storage which looks brand new (See pic #5).
The knife itself weighs 3.5 ounces and measures 2 3/8" at the widest point x 11" long.
The box measures 13 1/4" long x 3 7/8" wide x 3/4" thick.
The box + the interior + the slicer weighs 6.2 ounces without the packaging materials.
