This Sony MZ-E520 MD Walkman portable MiniDisc player has been tested and confirmed working.

The player successfully reads and plays MiniDiscs, and playback performance was verified using multiple discs. This model supports MDLP playback, allowing compatibility with LP2 and LP4 recorded MiniDiscs.

Included are the player, original LCD remote control, and Sony carrying pouch. No battery or MiniDisc is included.

Please note that the remote control has intermittent button issues. Functions such as track skip and fast-forward may occasionally operate incorrectly when using the remote. However, all essential controls can be operated directly from the player itself, and playback remains unaffected.

Condition

The player has been tested and is working properly. Disc recognition and audio playback operate normally, and the unit was successfully tested with multiple MiniDiscs.

The included remote control powers on and displays information, but some button inputs may respond incorrectly or intermittently, particularly during track navigation functions. The player itself remains fully usable through the controls on the main unit.

Cosmetically, the player shows light signs of use with minor scratches and wear consistent with age. Overall, it remains in good vintage condition.
