Vintage 1940s era navy blue short sleeved dress with a metal side zipper and heavily padded shoulders.

The dress has smocked shoulders and a square neckline. with a side bow.  The fabric under the smocking is gathered.

The waist has four triangular shaped embellishments.  The skirt is full.

There are no tags or labels.  A great dress with minor imperfections that aren't readily noticeable.

CONDITION - FAIR to GOOD.  A small hole in the left sleeve (see photo) and loose picks or threads in the waist area that looks like there was something attached but removed.  The neckline is a bit soiled.
