You will receive one White Opal tumbled stone measuring approx. 20-30mm, our current stock are round and chunky. 

GEOLOGY & HISTORY: White Opal, also known as "Milky Opal" tumblestones are made from "Common Opal" or "Potch" and they are not precious opal and therefore lack the play of colour associated with precious opals, but they do have their own understated charm. 

Common Opal is formed from silica-rich waters that seep into the earth, filling cracks and voids in the rock. Over time, this silica solidifies into what we know as common opal. These beautiful stones are primarily white but can come in a variety of colours and many have inclusions of black, grey or brown which can be inclusions of sand, ironstone.  

METAPHYSICAL PROPERTIES: This lovely stone, with its soothing energy is believed to dispel negative thoughts, help restore emotional balance and promote positivity.
