RETURNS
Our policy is valid for 14 calendar days from the date of the receipt of goods. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the receipt of goods, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund. For all non-custom products United Mobility offers a comprehensive returns policy in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. Upon receipt of your order, in the unlikely event that you decide the product you have purchased is not suitable for your needs for whatever reason, you can simply return it to us within 7 days for a refund (a restocking or return to supplier charge may apply), providing the product(s) are in a re-saleable condition. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of delivery or of returning an item (unless the items are faulty). Refunds are normally issued within 3–5 working days providing there are no faults with the product.
