This piece features masterful hand-blown construction showcasing a vibrant "end-of-day" or spatter glass technique throughout the shell. Ribbons of green, orange, yellow, and white are swirled seamlessly together and encased in a clear glass gather.

The head, tentacles, and small trailing foot are fashioned from a rich, solid cobalt blue glass. The shell features a beautifully tactile ribbed/spiral mold texture.
