It is a vintage wooden luminaire candle box with an image of a windmill and barn painted on a pane of glass. It was made by The Three Bears Co. in 1977. The glass candle holder is cracked, but that can easily be replaced. The wooden rod is supposed to be attached to a piece of wood that the candle holder sits on so you can light the candle then slowly lower it down. It's broken off, but you could drill a hole in one of the other three corners to reattach it. Other than that, it is in good condition.
