No refunds, cancelations or returns on preorder items.  By making the purchase. your are committed to that item. Delays with release dates are out of our control. If any delays occur, we will either reach out and let you know when the new release date will be or modify the new release date within the listing. If you purchase this presale item, please do not file an I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER CLAIM with ebay before this item has been released. 

We will only issue a refund if the item gets canceled by the publisher.  Recalled items will be shipped to you after the replacement item is shipped to us. Rest assure, you will receive your preorder item. Check our feedback reviews. All of our buyers receive their presale items and they are happy with us.

Please note, that by the time you receive your preorder item, it has changed hands and has been shipped 3 times. The publisher ships to the distributor, the distributor ships to us, then we ship to you. 

We do not guarantee raw book to grade at Mint - 9.8. We try our best to handle your books with care. Just note that the publisher and distributor do NOT bag and board books when they ship them to us. The only time they bag and board books is if the book is a high ratio variant cover, 1:100 or if it's signed. We bag and board them for you. We are not trying to scare you by being brash here. We just want to be transparent, and also inform you about how thing work within the comic book industry. 

Request an invoice at checkout to receive a discount on combined shipping on multiple items purchased.

If you purchase multiple PRESALE items that RELEASE in the same month, we can give you a combined shipping discount and ship all new released items in one box at the end of the month.

All raw books come bagged and boarded.

If you purchase more than one item and are billed for shipping more than once, we will adjust the shipping cost and reimburse you.

We ship Ground Advantage. If you select Media Mail for a comic or magazine, we will change the shipping back to Ground Advantage because comics have advertisements and for that reason, USPS does not allow them be shipped Media Mail even though it seems cheaper. 

For the first time in its history, the U.S. Postal Service will add a fuel-related surcharge to its core package services, including Priority Mail Express, Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, and Parcel Select. Approved by USPS governors on March 24 and pending Postal Regulatory Commission review, the 8% increase will take effect April 26, 2026, and run until January 17, 2027.

TPB, Graphic Novels and Omnibus and DVDs can be shipped Media Mail because they do not contain advertisements inside.

We use Gemini mailers to pack your books and then we put them into a bubble wrap mailer to ensure your books arrive safe and dry. 

Max 10-12 raw comics / 5 magazines 1-3 graphic novels TPB, 1 Hardcover book, to be shipped in a bubble mailer. Larger orders will be shipped in a box.

Graded comics are packed inside a Gemini mailer and shipped inside of an 18 x 12 x 4 box filled with either shipping popcorn or bubble wrap to protect your books.

If you have any issues with your order, please reach out before leaving an unfavorable review. We will always respond. Sometimes mistakes are made, just reach out and will remedy the situation.
