Listed as used but looks new but I have noticed ever so slight use when removing the filter section so listing as used but is very light use only. Comes with attachments as pictured and in perfect working order.

RETURNS PROCESS UPDATE

Due to an increase in items being returned as ‘faulty’ & then a completely different item/unit being sent back, we have changed our automatic returns to off. Any return will now have to be requested.

Any faulty items will need to have accompanying photo evidence of the fault/issue.

Serial numbers, although time consuming will now be documented during our checks that we carry out on EVERY item we sell & can then be cross referenced.

For the past 3 years we have always accepted automatic returns as a way to practice good customer service, however there comes a point where enough is enough. We are a small, family run (husband & wife) business. We offer free delivery to our customers… we pay for that service. We offer free returns to our customers… we cover that cost too. When the customer deliberately purchases an item, claims it to be faulty & then returns a completely different item is absolutely shameful.

For any genuine issue, we will always do our best to help & this would still be at no cost to the buyer, but please note you will be asked to provide certain information if necessary.

Returns are accepted for 30 days as per eBay’s policy,please note if a new or unused item is returned after being used this can affect the refund amount inline with eBay policies on returns and will be communicated if required. On the rare occasion a fault is found this is normally dealt with quickly and no cost to the buyer as we believe although we check all our goods sometimes things can happen out of our control. Please note we do not cover manufacturer warranties or carry spare parts.
