These wheels are in overall good condition they do have some wear from use along with scratches and rust.  Both hubs are free and fully functional with good threads but should be regreased before use. The paint is pretty nice for the most part on these wheels. Most of the cips in the paint will be covered by the tires.  The front wheel is close to true back and is slightly out. I'm not sure if these were on an older bmx bike or possibly a girls themed bike. Check pictures for condition as they are part of the description. Sold as is, please message me with any questions.
