CONDITION & TESTING
  • Every monitor is thoroughly tested before dispatch to ensure it is fully working.
  • Each monitor is also tested in real-life use for approximately 5–10 minutes, including:
    • Watching YouTube videos
    • Playing games such as Minecraft or Roblox
    • Using spreadsheets and normal office tasks
    • Checking the screen, buttons, ports and display performance
  • Monitors may show minor cosmetic signs of previous use, such as light scratches, marks or scuffs. These will not affect normal usage or functionality.
  • All monitors are supplied fully tested, working and ready to use.

WARRANTY & AFTER-SALES SUPPORT
  • Your monitor is covered by a hardware warranty for the exact period selected at checkout: 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 years.
  • Your warranty begins from the date the order is shown as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
  • The warranty covers hardware faults and functional issues occurring during normal use.
  • The warranty does not cover accidental damage, drops, impact damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs or damage caused after delivery.
  • If an issue occurs, please contact us through eBay messages. We will guide you through the process and keep you updated throughout.
  • We aim to arrange a replacement monitor within 3 working days or sooner, wherever possible.
  • Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free after-sales service throughout your warranty period.

Screen Size Note

Monitor sizes are measured diagonally. Very occasionally, depending on stock availability, the exact diagonal size may vary slightly within the selected size category.

  • 22" option may occasionally be supplied as 21" or 21.5".
  • 24" option may occasionally be supplied as 23" or 25".
  • 27" option may occasionally be supplied as 26" or 27.5".

If the exact diagonal screen size is essential for your setup, please message us before ordering.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?

If your monitor arrives damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of the monitor and packaging.

We will arrange a tracked replacement within 24 hours, at our expense.

POSSIBLE COMPLIMENTARY UPGRADE

Very occasionally, depending on stock availability, we may send a better monitor specification at no extra cost.

For example, a standard-bezel monitor may be upgraded to a frameless monitor. Any complimentary upgrade will meet or exceed the option selected.

Also sometimes the Monitor you receive may have a Webcam or Speakers or Microphone and other additional ports along with the one you selected but it is not guaranteed.

This is not guaranteed and happens rarely. If you do not wish to receive a possible free upgrade, please message us immediately after ordering and before dispatch.
