Book is in acceptable condition. The covers and spine have a LOT of wear (seriously, it's bad), have some (if any) scratches/scuffs/marks/dirty, there is a lot of fading, the cover cloth is is bubbling, and some of the corners/edges are dented and/or worn through. There is a split in the internal binding (it's still in-tact), there is writing and underlining throughout the book.
