*Shipping Note: On January 18, 2026, significant USPS rate increases went into effect. The average cost of ground and Priority mail services increased by 6 - 8%. Since then, additional rate increases and gasoline surcharges have been implemented as of May 2026. To offset this cost, Department 27 makes every effort to cut costs wherever possible. Though some cost increases are unavoidable, it remains our goal to offer quality goods at competitive prices. For this reason, only a portion of the postage rate increases are passed on to our customers. We remain committed to lowering prices wherever we can by recycling shipping materials and eliminating waste wherever possible.

WE DO NOT SELL KNOCK-OFFS OR COUNTERFEIT MERCHANDISE. We are third-party resellers of AUTHENTIC merchandise and are not affiliated with any brand. 

(Some items may be shelf pulls or liquidation items and may show signs of shelf wear, sticker residue, or cosmetic flaws to outer packaging. Inner contents are not affected and are in new condition. We source our items from various sources including wholesalers, retailers and third-party sources. Because the manufacturers warranties do not cover third-party sales of new items, these items are considered pre-owned).

Most Packages Ship via USPS

Shipping costs are determined by the package carrier based on weight, size, and shape of the package. Please note that the USPS increases its rates every year for Christmas and the New Year. We make every attempt to ship affordably using recycled materials and lower cost services whenever we can.

Note:  Our business hours are from 9:00 AM to 5 PM, Monday – Friday.  Department 27 is closed on Saturday and Sunday. We ship daily Monday – Friday. Orders placed late Friday or on weekends will ship the next business day, usually Monday, except in the case of holidays. Every effort is made to ship items within 24 hours (1 BUSINESS DAY) of receipt of payment.
