Lionel Modern - 8902 DC Electric Steam Engine only issues.

This came from a recent train estate purchase. This is used and shows wear.  Tried to test on AC transformer, could tell it is DC. Other issues side rods one attached. This was not mine, it came from an auction. Check out the picture.
