This is an antique or vintage Art Deco flush mount schoolhouse ceiling light with a milk glass acorn shaped glass shade. The shade measures 8" in diameter, the canopy is 6"in diameter and the fitter is 4" in diameter. The shade is in great condition, no issues. The brass fixture has been painted and is peeling some, maybe remove or re-paint the fixture itself. It has a porcelain socket and will need new wiring. We have more than one of these listed.
