Cosmetic condition: Used item with visible signs of previous use including scratches, scuffs, marks, dust and general casing wear. There are noticeable marks on the front casing, keypad area, glossy display surround, handset, rear casing and Cisco metal desk stand. The display surround shows surface scratches/marks and the stand has visible scratches. Please review all images carefully for the exact cosmetic condition.
