In good preowned vintage appearance condition. Normal wear from age, use and storage, including scratches, scuffs, paint, loss, and corrosion. It is missing some items like the key the windshield and front bumper. The steering wheel does turn the wheels. All of the wheels spin except for the right rear. approximate measurements are 9.75 inches long and 3.75 inches wide.
