If your item was damaged during shipping, just send it back to us for a full refund or a replacement. And if we sent you the wrong item, return it, and you can choose between a full refund (including postage) or getting your correct order.
To keep things smooth, make sure to send returns with tracking. If the item goes missing in the post without tracking, we won’t have proof that it was sent back.
Q: How will my item be packaged?
A: We pack every order with care to make sure it arrives safe and sound. Pop! Vinyl figures, for example, get double bubble-wrap, and we add cardboard, packing peanuts, or other fillers when needed. Have a special request? Just let us know—we’re happy to help!
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: We’re based in the UK and ship with Royal Mail. Domestic orders usually take 2-3 working days to arrive. If you’re ordering internationally, delivery times will depend on your location, so give it up to 14 working days before reaching out.
Orders placed by 2:00 p.m. Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. Orders after 2:00 p.m. on Friday will be shipped first thing Monday morning.
