Belden 9497 Audiophile Speaker Cable With VIABLUE T8 Spade Connectors
Renowned by audiophiles worldwide, the Belden 9497 features a distinct orange and black tight twisted pair of two 16 AWG stranded tinned copper conductors designed to reduce radio frequency interference while providing a strong resilient structure.
The 9497 immediately delivers a clear, neutral and transparent sound that only improves with use.
Our 9497 is the genuine article from the USA - No fakes here! It is cut to length from the reel in single increments from 0.5m (1.64ft) / 1m (3.28ft) to 20m (65.62ft) or longer if required. So, if you require one pair of 2m cables - Specify 1 x 2m Pair in the listing options.
This particular offering comes with 8 x VIABLUE T8 spade connectors hand soldered to each end using Oyaide SS-47 Silver Solder for the best possible conductivity.
VIABLUE is a premium German manufacturer of high-end audio products. The company was established in 2001 and has since gained a great reputation amongst audiophiles for their precision craftsmanship and innovative design. The T8 features fork contacts with double opening, 6.4 and 9.5 mm fork widths for terminal connection and real 24 carat gold-plated contacts.
We don't use cheaper spade connectors as they are usually poorly made, use sub-standard metals / plating and predominately utilise bare wire screw fixings. These are easy to build but can also allow oxidation of the cables and the often so called "rhodium" for example plating :-). Both to the detriment of sound quality. You get what you pay for!
We are authorised agents for VIABLUE products so you can be sure that our connectors are genuine and built to last.
