Product Principle & Features
This is an interference narrow bandpass infrared filter, manufactured by multi-layer vacuum coating on optical glass substrate.
1. Ultra-narrow transmission window: Only light at 808nm ±5nm passes through, all other wavelengths from UV 200nm to near-IR 1200nm are suppressed to OD5 (0.001% residual transmittance), effectively eliminating stray light interference.
2. Extremely high in-band transmittance over 95%, maximizing signal intensity for 808nm laser and infrared imaging systems.
3. Strict OD5 deep blocking across full 200–1200nm spectrum, ideal for high-precision machine vision detection, laser ranging, infrared biometric capture and industrial imaging.
4. Customizable cutting: Any dimension within 60×60mm bare glass can be processed; pre-assembled metal mounting rings for standard camera thread sizes are optional for direct lens mounting.
