We accept Paypal, cheques and postal orders. All payments must clear before goods are posted. Please consider payments clearing and postage times realistically 3 days before buying an item you need for a particular day.We will post items directly the next day upon payment clearing.We will notify you by email to confirm receipt of cheque or postal order and also to confirm postage of item.

We will give full refunds or exchanges less the postal charges on goods returned.There will be no refund or exchanges on any items which are custom made so please take care when supplying measurements.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging if any and must be unused. Any items deemed to have been used will be returned and a refund will not be offered.

We will give you 14 days from the date of our posting to request a refund. Faults or damage must be reported immediately. Please check the goods the moment you receive them. We will not refund on faults after this period. 14 days is long enough to determine if there are any problems.

Refunds will be issued in the same way they were paid. If you pay by cheque you will be refunded with a cheque.

We will not be held accountable for any returns getting lost in the post.

We will not refund because an item is not delivered on time for a particular occasion.
