The pages are in great condition with a nice vintage color. No pen marks or exlibris found. The paper at the inside cover is intact with the binding and in good condition with a few small discolorations. The blank paper opposite of the title page has separated approximately a third. The cover has discoloration and wear. When the book is closed, the top of the pages are darker than the other sides. The binding wiggles and is fully intact.
