These coins came direct from the US Mint to me in special wrap rolls. They are not from bank rolls that have been thru the coin/banking supply chain thru various counting and wrapping machines. A better grade of uncirculated in my opinion.

The condition "Uncirculated" refer to coins showing no trace of wear. Such coins may vary slightly due to minor surface imperfections. This will include, contact marks, blemishes in prime focal areas, impaired luster, spots, dings, & scratches. An above average uncirculated coin may be brilliant and have very few contact marks. Uncirculated has several subdivisions including Perfect, Gem, Choice, and Uncirculated. (MS 60 to MS 70.)
