A fine George III silver wine label engraved for "Claret" of rounded oblong shape with double reeded edge. Hallmarked for 1808, London (no town mark), maker Thomas Wallis II.

It measures 4.6cm (1 3/4") wide by 2cm (3/4") and weighs 8g / 0.3ozt. 

In excellent condition with no damage or repair and minimal handling wear.
