Rare 1949 Hobbs of Barbican Blue Riband 531 frame (ignore the 531c Reynolds sticker!)
61cm ctotop (24 inch).
A beautiful classic lightweight Hobbs racing bike, from one of the most famous British builders.

A good refinished paint job done in the 1990s. Nice straight drop outs, rear drop outs were originally built for Osgear.
Good overall condition, with no damage.

Includes Tange headset, BB (both moving) and seat post bolt.

Serial number: S/N C9719 (on rear drop out.
Seat tube measures 24 inch (61cm) centre to top and 58cm (23 inches) centre to centre top tube. 175mm headtube height.
115mm rear drop out width.
