Usage:

In freshwater application on a bass boat you will see the bolts have stretched and lost their torque from the hydraulic pressure in between the valve body and manifold.

In salt water application, salt and corrosion build between the flange and wedges it apart as well as oxidizing the O-ring grooves and forcing them to fail and fall out of place.

Minimum Pin Strength: 180 ft-lb

Replacement Pins: MT0005 - S-4mm/4.5mm

Direct replacement for Yamaha factory tool: YB-06175-1A and YB-06548

Replaceable Pins are available. All pins can be engaged caps and prevent breakage.

Specially designed to easily & properly to remove and install the trim caps without damage, helps you effectively rebuild the leaked device on outboard engine, hydraulic trim and tilt unit.

Easy Operation:

The pin wrench features a 1/2” Square Drive to fit a 1/2 inches torque wrench or breaker bar for easy use. Simply makes both pin line up with the cap holes and insert, then apply pressure on the wrench to remove cap using a 1/2" breaker bar. (Note: Package DOES NOT include torque wrench or breaker bar.)
