How to get the best results

Shake before use. Hold the pen with the cap on and shake firmly for 10–15 seconds to mix the pigment evenly through the ink chamber.

Prime the tip. Remove the cap, press the tip gently on a scrap surface until ink flows. This primes the valve and prevents dry starts on your project.

Clean the surface. Wipe the target surface free of dust, grease, or moisture before marking. This step is the single biggest factor in mark permanence.

What if the ink stops flowing?
Re-shake and prime again by pressing the tip on scrap paper. If the tip has dried, dampen slightly with water and repeat priming strokes until flow resumes.
