HOW CAL-BLUE PLUS WORKS

Cal-Blue Plus is a concentrated bubble leak detector (25% 1,2-Propanediol, clear blue liquid, pH 8.1-8.5 near-neutral, viscosity 325-425 cP). The high viscosity keeps the solution in contact with the joint long enough to bubble even from microleaks — standard soap solutions run off in seconds.

Application: Pressurize the system. Spray Cal-Blue Plus directly onto suspect fittings, brazed joints, valve stems, schrader cores, and flare connections. Watch for bubble growth. Wipe clean when done. Temperature range — safe to use up to 225°F, freeze-protected to 5°F.
