This poster was produced for the 50th anniversary of the North Carolina Museum of Art in 1997 and features Gerhard Richter’s abstract painting Station (577-2).

Size: approx. 32.1 in x 27.4 in

Gerhard Richter is a German contemporary artist known for both photorealistic works based on photographs and abstract paintings created by spreading paint with a large squeegee-like tool. This work is one example of his abstract painting series, featuring a dynamic composition with vivid layers of yellow, red, green, and black.

As this is an old poster, there are many stains and signs of age-related wear.
