This was my personal phone I simply upgraded to another phone. It is fully Functional, Factory reset and Unlocked. It boots up and shows a verizon symbol but I did not use verizon. The phone  is unlocked and ready for activation with any carrier. The last 3 pictures where taken with this camera to show that the crack has no negative effect. I will include a free used case to get you started. Also includes new Usb Cord. Also just installed new screen protector and will come with 2 extra protectors when needed.
