Hi. This is a very nice pocket watch winding key. The part where the chains attach swivels. It has no hallmarks and I do not know the type of seal stone nor can I make out the letters of the monogram so I am pretty unhelpful really. Please see all of the photographs for condition which is very good. The overall length measures 20mm.
