GS Tackle Low Profile PVA Dropper for Boatman Actor Plus Manufactured here in the UK by ourselves to our design, simple PVA dropper designed to keep your PVA bags off the standard hopper door flaps and away from the water to keep them dry whilst being driven out in the boat.

Unfortunately, the standard Actor Plus hopper doors can let a small amount of water pass through them during driving, this can melt your bag on the way to your spot and stop you delivering your PVA bag as intended, we’ve designed this Low profile PVA dropper to be an effective way of keeping your bags dry from the underneath by lifting them approx 15mm up without having to load the hoppers with pellets or additional bait.

We’ve designed this extra large XL Low profile PVA dropper to be a cheap cost effective way of keeping your bags dry from the underneath.
Can be used with the original Boatman Hopper cover to provide overall cover.
This XL Version is 50mm (2”) longer than the original and can support extra long PVA bags, with a maximum length of 145mm (5.7”) x 60mm (2.4”) in diameter (finished bags measured).

Can be used with the standard Actor Plus Hopper cover (which comes supplied with the boat) to provide cover from the rain.

The PVA Dropper consists of the following parts :

Main body, this is just drop into the hull and has been perfectly matched to the Hull design of the Plus - and as you would expect fit’s like a glove. It also incorporates a cut-out to allow snug fitment of the body into the hull where the hopper divider would normally fit. The body has an angled line slot to allow the Solid bag leader to pass through to the rear of the original doors.

Bombay Doors / Flaps, these have been specially designed to have a perfect rounded contact point with the original hopper doors, this minimises friction and allows the flaps to be shut as the original doors are shut - so no messing around holding the flaps out the way or having to remove the system and reset every time.

Pivoting Bushes / Screws, we utilised the same technology from the Vulcan Rear mount to ensure screws could be fully tightened without “pinching” the body together - this give a nice resistance free loose design without the fear of it coming unattached. To do this we utilise plastic bushes with plastic welded metal threaded inserts into the flaps.

Instructions for use :-
Open the hopper doors, insert the PVA dropper. Load your PVA bag through the doors into the hopper Close the doors whilst ensuring the leader is not trapped in the doors Place the solid bag on the dropper and ensure the leader is fed through the hole in the dropper

When putting out the second / third rod, please ensure to dry any water from the flaps before placing a bag on it !

Manufactured from the highest quality 3D printed PETG filament - will not fade or distort in sunlight
Will be supplied already fully assembled ready to use.

Main body will be black, with contrasting logo colour, and optional coloured flaps (made from outdoor grade PETG) please see the colour chart picture and make your selection when ordering.

Compatible with ONLY the Boatman Actor PLUS - with motorised hopper flaps, doesn't fit Actor Basic or Vulcan Models. Free PVA Scoop / spoon will come with the PVA dropper, random colours supplied however if specific colour required please message us your requirements after placing your order.
