Rare as can be, and an unusual piece of the past, this seal for the UNITED ARAB-DUTCH CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, THE HAGUE, NETHERLANDS with seal ready for document stamping, or as a great looking cabinet piece. 

The seal likely dates to the 1960s-1970s. Seal has a small applied bull mark: WARTNA DEN HAAG TEL. 608 930.
