I have a McCall's Costumes pattern #8225 that features a hooded dragon cape and mask for girls and boys. The package includes instructions and patterns for the following:

• Hooded Dragon Wings with tail closes down the front with hook and loop tape. Wings are loose with elastic wrist loops. Make the Muzzle Mask of the same fabric. Have fun running and swooping through the neighborhood.

This pattern is a toddler and children's unisex sizes 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. This is an uncut, factory folded pattern.
