A large 8 1/8 inch tall rectangular-shaped dark AMBER COLORED antique PHARMACY bottle.  This is an ORIGINAL ANTIQUE hand Blown Into Mold bottle (BIM) with a tooled top, dating ca. late-1800s, over ONE CENTURY old!

An attractive large colored pharmacy bottle.   The AMERICAN DRUG & PRESS ASS'N embossing raises curiosity about what this bottle contained.  Was it a product put up by a pharmacy that operated out of a newspaper (press) business?  It is titled MERITOL so it could of been a patent medicine put up by the establishment.  We've seen these in smaller sizes and in clear glass but never such a large one as this one, check it out!
