This was previously stored in a large plastic case (used for advertising in dental surgeries) but I am selling this item without the case. 

You will receive the electric toothbrush (been fully charged just for testing purposes), official BRAUN charger, 5 toothbrush heads and the bluetooth clock/timer(everything that you see in the photos)
 
PLEASE NOTE - I have tried to test the clock/timer but I could not get any power on it, LED screen did not display anything when batteries were put inside it so I am unsure if this does actually work or not.
