Incomplete. Lacking frontispiece and all maps.
Size: 40cm by 24.5cm
Condition: Folio in full leather binding, rebacked, with title carved into spine. Wear to exterior as shown with marks, scuffs and some small losses of leather to corners. Manuscript bookplate to front pastedown, pencil note and laid down article. Pages with 7 plates of coins, plus numerous large engravings throughout the text, one full page. Unfortunately lacking frontispiece and all maps. Photocopies of some of the maps are loosely inserted, as well as a copy of the frontispiece portrait of Camden, laid down, facing then first page of 'The Life of Camden's. Text pages collate as complete. Age toning and the odd mark or spot here and there, otherwise pages are generally clean as shown.
