Rare Solid Brass Vintage Saint George mounted on Horse with Flag

This is a magnificent piece of brass with a full patina fitting to the age of the piece

Standing at a prominent 35cm high and 22cm long it is a lovely object.

It has remarkable detail when considering that it is cast with good detail on the horse harness and knight.

It has been cast in 3 pieces, Lance, Knight 7 Horse weighing over 4 kilograms in total.

The flag has either a casting fault of a missing piece from the top which secures it to the lance.

I could have polished but believe the patina gives it charachter and authenticity.
